He teaches timing and safety in the kitchen and encourages creativity with flavours. Our parent and child Big & Little Cooks classes are a way for you to spend quality time with your children doing something that will stay with them for life... giving them confidence and skills in the kitchen.

This is your opportunity to try it all, so bring an appetite for adventure and be prepared to taste one-off dishes with ingredients sourced locally and even foraged from the banks of the river. From Didsbury Wasabi to wild garlic dessert, this will be an afternoon of intrigue, fun and delicious exploration.
This special event on behalt of Didsbury Arts Festival will allow you to watch, learn and enjoy food prepared by chef. Find out cheffy tips and tricks to enhance flavours, ask chef about where food is sourced, the origins and history of flavours and how to forage for ingredients.
This event is aimed at people who have a passion for food and an adventurous spirit eager to learn more. Customers will see the food they are going to eat prepared by chef, if time allows the group will forage for ingredients along the banks of the river. Whilst watching chef, guests can ask questions and learn cooking tips before sitting down to enjoy a sociable meal
